From “Nice Cards” to a Full-Blown Brand Presence
OVERVIEW
For over 17 years, this construction powerhouse has been building roads, tackling civils and leaving
their mark on some of Mpumalanga’s biggest projects. From assisting local mines to putting the
finishing touches on the new State Hospital in Middelburg, they’ve earned their seat at the
construction table.
Here’s the catch though: they had the logo (a classic Bird Visuals creation from way back, still holding
its own), snazzy business cards and even a digital company profile. But in today’s world, you can’t
exactly whip out a business card on LinkedIn or hand someone your Gallery of Projects in a
WhatsApp group.
THE GOAL
The client needed to stay relevant and, more importantly, be found. Because if Google can’t find you,
chances are neither can your next big contract. It was time to move beyond “great stationery” and
start leaving digital breadcrumbs.
BIRD VISUALS TOOK THE WHEEL
We rolled up our sleeves (and clicked our mice) to make it happen:
• Domain & Hosting: Because “@yahoo.com” doesn’t exactly scream “trust us with your
multimillion-rand project.”
• Industry-Relevant Website: Their very first website. (Yes, a first. We fixed that.)
• Expo Glow-Up: Gazebo, chairs, telescopic flags, banners, branded table cloth… if you saw
them at an expo, you knew they meant business.
• Graphic Design Support: Clean, sharp, professional. No Comic Sans, promise.
• Social Media Setup & DIY Guidance: Because even the best builders need to know how to
build their brand online.
THE RESULT
The client now has a digital footprint to match their reputation in construction. No more hiding behind
dated email addresses or relying solely on word-of-mouth. They can now showcase projects on the
go, step into expos looking like they own the joint and present themselves as the modern,
professional company they’ve always been, just better dressed for the occasion.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
Bird Visuals has been part of our journey since the very beginning, starting with our original branding
as Carvalho Projects in 2015 and guiding us through our full rebrand to Meedu Trading & Projects in
2017. Natasha’s creative insight and professional execution have played a key role in building and
evolving our brand identity. From logo design and printed media to our company profile, website and
online presence, Bird Visuals has consistently delivered quality work that aligns with our vision. A truly reliable creative partner.
